Founder and Creative Director
Illia's works netted over 100 awards from international creative festivals, including D&AD, LIA, The Drum, Cannes Lions, Red Dot, Epica, ADC*E & Annual and 23 Effie Ukraine and 4 Effie Europe. Illia's work is exhibited at the NYC Poster House, and has been featured in numerous publications by Adage, Adweek, Campaign, Creative Review, The Drum and other publications. Also Illia was recognized at 40 under 40 by Ad Age list.

Chief Growth Officer
Veronika has started her way as a TV journalist and moderator, later on moved to Mercedes-Benz as a PR manager and head of marketing. There was an initiative Library of the future, a project of libraries transformations in Kyiv, founded by her. Veronika was a head of the humanitarian department at the President’s office in 2020-2021, and we know each other through the government-private project Khortytsia Island. Together with the team, she made powerful branding for the national heritage.

Creative group head
Kateryna embarked on a creative journey as an identity designer, transitioning from a business background into the creative world. She later rediscovered herself as a creative copywriter. This unique blend of design, copywriting and management skills led her to a role as a creative group head. Her creative achievements are recognized through awards such as Golden Drum, Effie, Ukrainian Creative Stories, and KIAF.

Strategist
Anastasiia is a strategist with multidisciplinary approach in research and design. With 7+ years in journalism, she dives deep into businesses, uncovering their essence. She has worked with indie and major brands, cultural initiatives, and governmental programs. Has a soft spot for conceptual art and 3D-scanning.

Senior Creative
Spent last 11 years ideating every day. Vlad is renowned for working on impactful social projects, like Crime Without Punishment, that reached NATO, the European Commission, branding projects, like Esculab and Zernari, integrated campaigns for Etnodim, Halychyna, Vodafone, Tabletochki, Безбар’єрність, Mondelez and many others. PR Manager
Viktoria is a dedicated learner and educator. She graduated from an institute in Kyiv with a specialty in PR and is continuing her studies in Milan in the same field.
Frankly, Viktoria could teach anyone she wants, as her work has been featured in publications like Vice, Mashable, The Washington Post, The Independent, Vogue, and many others.

Senior Copywritter
Seva is a strong creative copywriter with about 6 years of experience in creative, during which time he has not only worked with such brands as UNICEF, Vodafone, Mastercard, METRO Cash & Carry, OTP-bank, Intertop, Foxtrot, Carlsberg Group, Galychyna and others, but has also been recognized with significant international awards.
Currently, Seva is serving our country during a full-scale war as a member of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, where he continues to develop his communication talent for the benefit of the country.
